You're reading: UDAR: EU monitors situation in Ukraine

The UDAR Party has stated that the European Union monitors the situation in Ukraine and demanded the Ukrainian authorities to fulfill their obligations on the country's way towards European integration.

UDAR’s press service reported on Thursday, December 13, that the
recognition by the EU of numerous violations during the 2012 elections
in Ukraine was a fair evaluation of the parliamentary campaign in the
country.

“This is not the first critical resolution of the EP. However, all of
the preceding ones were ignored by the Ukrainian authorities and the
situation is worsening,” reads the party’s statement.

“UDAR thinks that the line has not been drawn under the 2012
elections and is planning to submit to the parliament a [draft] instruction on the creation of a commission for investigation into
falsifications at the elections,” the party said.
