OLEKSANDRIVKA - Ukraine and the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have exchanged prisoners, an Interfax correspondent reports from the location.
The exchange was performed under the ‘three for six’ formula: the DPR transferred three servicemen to the Ukrainian side, and the latter handed over five militiamen and a cleric to the DPR.
