Ukraine Today: New US-style police officers begin patrol duties on the streets of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk

Hundreds of new police officers will now patrol Ukraine's central city of Dnipropetrovsk. Over the weekend 950 new officers swore an oath to serve and protect.
