The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office is investigating financial crimes of former officials led by then Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, First Deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Holomsha has said

“Financial crimes are being investigated. As of today we started
thoroughly checking all the materials. As you remember we seized secret
financial records in Mezhyhirya [country residence of Ukrainian
President Viktor Yanukovych]. Today we have sent relevant inquiries to
12 agencies and have already received materials that we are thoroughly
analyzing to determine offenses committed in economy and finance… The
scheme involved over 30 top government officials led by the former prime
minister,” Holomsha said at a Wednesday press conference in Kyiv.
