You're reading: Ukraine’s Salamatin leaves for Moscow to discuss military-technical cooperation

A Ukrainian military delegation headed by Defense Minister Dmytro Salamatin left on an official visit to Moscow on Wednesday, March 7.

An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that the delegation, apart from senior officials from the Defense Ministry, also includes representatives of Ukroboronprom and Ukrspecexport.

During a one-day visit, the defense minister will have a face-to-face meeting with his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov, and the talks will then be held in an extended format.

The participants in meetings will discuss current issues of military and military-technical cooperation.
