Ukrainian Defense Minister Dmytro Salamatin has started an official visit to Turkmenistan, the press service of the Defense Ministry has reported.
During the visit, Salamatin will meet with Defense Minister of Turkmenistan Colonel Begenc Gundogdyyew in Ashkhabad, and also lead talks between the delegations of the two countries.
On the same day a Ukrainian military delegation led by Salamatin will go to Azerbaijan. In Baku the Ukrainian minister will hold a working meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Colonel General Safar Abiyev.
