The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to create public joint-stock company National public television and radio broadcasting company of Ukraine. 

The press service of the government reported on Friday that according to the correspondent cabinet resolution, public joint-stock company National public television and radio broadcasting company of Ukraine is a fully state-owned company.

The charter capital of the company is formed using property of the companies being liquidated: National Television Broadcasting Company, National Radio Broadcasting Company, state television and radio broadcasting company World Service ‘Ukrainian Television and Radio Broadcasting,’ state television and radio broadcasting company Kultura, regional state television and radio broadcasting companies, state television and radio broadcasting company Krym, state organizations Kyiv State Regional Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, Sevastopol Regional State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, Novhorod-Siversky Regional State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company ‘Siverska,’ Kryvy Rih regional state television and radio broadcasting company ‘Kryvorizzhia’ and Ukrainian television film studio Ukrtelefilm.

The state committee of television and radio broadcasting manages corporate rights of the new company.
