Ukrainian Security Service chief Vasyl Hrytsak claims that several thousand Russian career servicemen are present in Donbas at the moment.
“The number of Russian servicemen in Donbas is ranging between 4,000 and 6,000 people. I’ll stress that these are Russian career military servicemen,” Hrytsak told journalists in Kyiv on April 19.
The Russian political and military leadership has denied the presence of Russian forces in southeastern Ukraine on numerous occasions.
