MINSK - Kyiv's representatives in the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group have promised to open a crossing point at the contact line in the Luhansk Oblast by Feb. 12.

“Ukraine’s representatives declared readiness to open a checkpoint in the Luhansk region for civilians, vehicles and humanitarian cargos at the line of contact. It was agreed to open such a point by February 12, the anniversary of the Minsk Agreements,” OSCE Special Envoy Martin Sajdik told reporters.

This will be the second such crossing point in Donbas, he explained.
