Ukraine’s leading state-owned aircraft producer Antonov has won a suit against the Russian Aviacor - Aviation Plant over the payment of royalties for the use of the trademark during the manufacture of aircraft, according to the statement by Antonov’s lawyers in the case, the law firm Ilyashev and Partners.
