Officers of the State Border Service of Ukraine said that 38 crew members from vessels that sailed into the temporarily occupied Crimea have been fined, the Border Service reported.It is noted that a special division within the Border Service is equipped with a modern system of monitoring the territorial waters, which enables a remote monitoring of ships and vessels in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as a river.
