The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has spotted 47 multiple launch rocket systems in one town in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.
“Aerial surveillance imagery available to the SMM actually revealed the presence of 47 multiple launch rocket systems in so-called ‘LPR’-controlled [town of] Miusynsk last Friday,” OSCE SMM Principal Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said on August 19.
