Russian President Vladimir Putin said the "necessary conclusions" should be drawn from the events in Ukraine and a single zone of economic and humanitarian cooperation must be built in a vast area between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, that's according to his article published in the Greek newspaper Kathimerini titled "Russia and Greece: cooperation for peace and prosperity."
