Press secretary of the Ukrainian General Staff Vladyslav Selezniov has confirmed that Ukraine has been strengthening its military positions in Kherson Oblast near Kremlin-occupied Crimea with equipment and personnel in view of Russia's aggressive actions, Crimean news portal Krym.Realii wrote.
