The Visegrad Four member states (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic) are planning to develop a special format of cooperation with the countries which have signed an association agreement with the European Union, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin tweeted Wednesday.
