WASHINGTON – Building up Russian military units in Crimea is unacceptable, Washington has stated.

“According to the report, the extension of Russia’s military capacity includes troops in Crimea. This is unacceptable,” Spokesperson of the U.S. Department of State John Kirby said at a briefing.

He again called on Moscow “to follow the Minsk agreements.”

“Crimea will always remain part of Ukraine,” Kirby stressed.
