The board of Vinnytsia District Administrative Court has obliged a district election commission to recount the votes at all polling stations in constituency No. 11, and check the integrity of a package with damaged election documentation.

As the headquarters of the independent parliamentary candidate for
this constituency, Oleksandr Dombrovsky, reported, the corresponding
decision of the court was taken under a lawsuit lodged by this candidate
on Thursday.

“Dombrovsky demanded to that the unlawfulness of the inactivity of
the district election commission of the single-seat constituency No. 11
be declared regarding its failure to take decisions to hold a repeat
vote count of the voters at election stations, and obliged the district
election commission of constituency N. 11 to carry out a recount of the
votes of electors at all polling stations,” the text read.

“However, despite these demands of the law, the district election commission is not recounting the votes,” the text read.
