Vietnamese Defence Minister, General Phung Quang Thanh held talks with visiting Ukrainian Defence Minister Dmitry Salamatin in Hanoi on September 13.
They discussed issues relating to the global, regional and each country’s situations, as well as cooperation results between the two ministries and cooperative directions in the future.
