You're reading: Wall Street Journal: Ukraine remains without deal with Russia on financial support

MOSCOW — Days after suspending plans to sign a trade pact with the European Union, Ukraine's Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said his government hadn't secured an agreement for Russia to provide financial support to the country's struggling economy.Russian President Vladimir Putin also didn't publicly offer any bailout deals, saying he hadn't discussed revising a gas deal that Kyiv says is cripplingly expensive.
