All participants of the electoral campaign in Ukraine have been given equal conditions, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.

“In our opinion, and we regularly analyze the situation, today both
the parties and candidates in majority constituencies have equal
conditions. Equal conditions were created for everyone, and the
violations that take place from time to time are caused by the so-called
human factor, emotions,” Yanukovych said at a meeting with the
participants of the 11th conference of the heads of Ukrainian missions
abroad in Kyiv on Wednesday.

The president also said that profile organizations are constantly monitoring the electoral process.

While speaking about the law on elections of people’s deputies, the
president said that all necessary amendments would be added to the law
in future after the elections and as soon as the participants of the
electoral process, observers, the authorities, and representatives of
public organization present their conclusions on the elections.

The parliamentary elections in Ukraine will be held on October 28, 2012.
