You're reading: Yanukovych instructs Azarov to sign memorandum of cooperation with chemical enterprises

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the government and chemical enterprises in order to overcome the negative consequences of the economic activities of such enterprises.

The president’s press service reported that Yanukovych issued this instruction following a meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine.

The memorandum will be drawn up by representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions and the Ukrainian Chemists Union. The memorandum should be signed by November 25, 2013.
