Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has left Crimea for Sukhodilsk to visit the Sukhodilska-Skhidna coal mine, which was the site of an accident early on Friday, the president's press service has reported.
The president will visit the mine and meet with relatives of the killed and injured miners.
Yanukovych is also planning to visit injured miners hospitalized at Luhansk Regional Clinical Hospital.
