You're reading: Yanukovych replaces several Ukrainian ambassadors

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Mykola Kulinich from the post of Ukraine's Ambassador to Japan and the Philippines.

A corresponding order was posted on the president’s Web site on Tuesday.

With other orders the head of the state appointed Ihor Kharchenko as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Japan, and Oleksandr Mykhalchuk as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Peru.

Moreover, Yanukovych dismissed Oleksandr Taranenko as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.
