Wisla – Kyiv will seek models of cooperation with the Customs Union and will not violate its international obligations, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.

“Ukraine will seek cooperation models with the Customs Union within its international obligations and the World Trade Organization without violating its international obligations,” the president told journalists following a trilateral meeting with his Polish and Slovak counterparts in Wisla (Poland) on Thursday.

According to Yanukovych, Ukraine should take into account this international organization and the level of Ukraine’s trade with its member states, which is estimated to be nearing $60 billion.
