 The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers is fulfilling and will fulfill social and other obligations to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has stated.

 “The situation in Crimea is difficult, very difficult, but I want to
note that the Ukrainian government is fulfilling its obligations to the
autonomy … The Ukrainian government is fulfilling and will fulfill all
its social obligations to the Ukrainians who live on the territory of
the autonomy,” Yatseniuk said, when opening a government meeting on
March 5.

He also said that over the past two days the government had
transferred UAH 60 million to Crimea to cover social and other costs.
