If Russia sues Ukraine regarding a $3 billion debt, Kyiv is ready to litigate, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.
“If Russia goes to court to file a motion against Russia, we are ready to litigate with Russia, we are fully armed,” Yatsenyuk said at a government meeting on Dec. 9 evening.
