You're reading: Azarov invites new EU ambassador to attend Cabinet’s meeting on European integration

Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has invited Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski to take part in the government's meeting dedicated to issues related to European integration.

“I plan to hold a government meeting soon, where ministries will
report on topical issues of European integration, the fulfillment of the
tasks that we set in the agreement on political association and a
number of other issues, including readmission, biometric passports,” the
press service of the Cabinet of Ministers quoted Azarov as saying on
Thursday, Sept. 27.

“We would like to have your delegation involved in the preparation,
making suggestions and comments. We would like to invite you to this
government meeting,” Azarov said.

The premier said that he was open and ready for the dialogue at any time.
