Krasny Luch (Luhansk region), June 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov supports amendments to the Budget Code, which will allow to form the national budget in a mid-term.
"There is an idea of medium term planning to set the budget for two or three years for serious, large-scale programs. I think we will follow this way if we are able to adopt changes to the Budget Code that would allow to form the national budget for a medium term,” Azarov said at a meeting on the issue of water supplies in Krasny Luch.

He also stressed that the government would try to submit the national budget for 2012 and a separate program of capital investment subventions for large programs for 2012-2013.
