The Central Election Commission (CEC) at a meeting on Monday canceled the registration of six more candidates on the basis of their applications to stop campaigning to be elected a member of parliament.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) at a meeting on Monday canceled the registration of six more candidates on the basis of their applications to stop campaigning to be elected an MP, including Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense MP Stanislav Arzhevitin who was running for MP in constituency No. 70 (Svaliava, Zakarpattia region).

The commission also deregistered two candidates in Luhansk region: self-nominee Taras Medianyk in constituency No. 109 and Oleksandr Tatarov, nominated by the UDAR Party in constituency No. 112.

The commission also canceled the registration of self-nominees Oksana Smirnova in constituency No. 38 (Dnipropetrovsk region), Vitaliy Hudzenko in constituency No. 92 (Kyiv region) and Kostiantyn Shyrydekin in constituency No. 60 (Donetsk region).
