Kharkiv settles down, while pro-Russian separatists still hold buildings in Luhansk, Donetsk

Early this morning, Ukrainian police stormed Kharkiv Oblast's government center and retook control of the building from pro-Russian separatists that were holding it. About 70 suspects in the takeover were arrested.
