AeroSvit does not inform The State Property Fund and Viktor Pinchuk's GenAviaInvest about bankruptcy process, both minority shareholders claim.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) and GenAviaInvest LLC, which is under control of Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk, which hold 22.394083% and 24.999827% of the shares respectively in private joint-stock company AeroSvit, say that at present they have been marginalized, and are only watching the crisis afflicting the airline from the sidelines.
