Residents of Severodonetsk, an industrial city of 110,000 people in Luhansk Oblast, are mostly happy that the Ukrainian army on July 22 ousted Kremlin-backed separatists who controlled the city since May.

Ukrainian troops have liberated the town of Stepanivka in Luhansk region, according to the Facebook page of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
