The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded a pilot project on the state regulation of price of medicines via setting an upper limit on wholesale and retail prices on the basis of comparative (reference) prices for insulin.

Cabinet resolution No. 732 was approved on August 14, 2013.

According to the document, the reference prices of insulin will be introduced from December 1, 2013.
