Ukrainian Pensions Fund's deficit in 2015 will amount to UAH 90 billion, Social Policy Minister Pavlo Rozenko has said.
“Next year [in 2015] the transfer from the budget to the Pension Fund of Ukraine will amount to Hr 90 billion,” he said in parliament in Kyiv on Sept. 23.
The minister noted that the money was needed only for preserving the size of pensions and paying them out on time.
“Any, even the slightest, increase of pensions, will automatically lead to an increase in the Pension Fund’s budget,” Rozenko said.
