After President Viktor Yanukovych expressed outrage over excessive police force being used to disperse protesters on Nov.30, sending dozens to the hospital, his younger son, Party of Regions lawmaker Viktor Yanukovych Jr. has expressed his own. He called it the brutal acts a “provocation” and blamed activists for the scuffles.
