Arsenal Book festival
Nearly 60 foreign writers, along with philosophers, literary agents and book industry professionals from more than 15 countries will participate in the sixth Arsenal Book international festival in Kyiv. Modern Scandinavian children’s literature will be the highlight of the festival’s children’s program this year.

Zelenka Fest festival
Visitors of this dance festival will have a chance to enjoy performances by modern British, Polish, Lithuanian, Norwegian and Ukrainian dance companies. Master-classes by Ukrainian and foreign choreographers, lectures and discussions are also featured in the festival’s program.

Easter eggs festival
Sofiyivska and Mykhalivska squares will be the main locations of this year’s Easter eggs festival in Kyiv. Besides the presentation of 374 pysankas – traditional Ukrainian painted Easter eggs – the festival visitors will be able to attend master-classes, and enjoy flower and art exhibitions.

Chornobyl photo exhibition
”Breath in Chornobyl,” a photo project by Korean photographer Dr. Sungtae Jung, is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the explosion at the Chornobyl nuclear plant that resulted in contamination of a vast area with radioactive fallout. The photo exhibition features the abandoned landscapes of the ghost town of Pryptyat, and portraits of the elderly people living in the 30-kilometer Chornobyl exclusion zone.
