World Sculpture Masterpieces

A new exhibition in Kyiv’s Mystetskiy Arsenal presents sculptures by Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Alberto Giacometti and other masters. The exhibition includes the largest collection of the sculptures by Auguste Rodin that was ever displayed in Ukraine.

Food festivals

Two notable food festivals will take place this weekend. The Street Food Festival with a focus on Georgian cuisine will take place at Platforma Art Factory on the left bank of Kyiv. And for those who don’t crave a greasy khachapuri, there is a healthy food event, Best Food Fest & Health, taking place in central Kyiv.

Fleur (dream pop)

A band from Odesa, Fleur is one of the most peculiar bands of modern Ukrainian music stage. Their songs are very tender. Their genre has been identified as ethereal or dream pop, while the band members themselves call it “cardiowave.” Recommended for the romantic souls. The songs are in Russian.

Decade of Hell

If the words “thrash metal” mean something, then this is the place to be. The Decade of Hell show will bring together six Ukrainian bands playing death metal and thrash metal, including Infected, Hell On and Adem.
