Many countries have tried various ways to prohibit or restrict alcohol consumption - and most campaigns or legislation have failed. A better way to improve the situation is investing into educational projects for children to promote healthy way of life. Ukrainians are frequently used to waiting until somebody else makes decisions for them. Citizens expect decisions from the government; students wait until the dean decides which student societies will be organized; children wait for their parents’ approval of their plans.
