"Recently, we have been receiving too many claims regarding seizures of the land shares of the agrarian enterprises. The issue of land plots and the land distribution is not formally regulated today," he said.
According to Turchynov, earlier, the enterprises had mainly been the targets for the raiders, whose main goal now is the land.
Turchynov said that the issue will be discussed at the meeting of the commission.
In particular, the commission will eye the illegal appropriation of the plots in Kyivo-Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv region.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, President Viktor Yuschenko has directed Prosecutor-General Oleksandr Medvedko to check information about an organized criminal group, operating in the land sector of Kyiv region, by November 16.
Presidential Secretariat's deputy chief Ihor Pukshyn said that Yuschenko personally studied the letter of Kyiv municipal council deputy Volodymyr Fedoseev of the Our Ukraine faction, who announced operation of an organized criminal group headed by Verkhovna Rada deputy Bohdan Hubskyi of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction.
Kyiv municipal council deputy Volodymyr Fedoseev of the Our Ukraine faction called on President Yuschenko to terminate activity of the criminal group operating in the land sector of Kyiv region.
He said that this group is engaged in raid attacks on land resources departments, forging of state land acts, stealing of cadastre files, and seizure of district bureaus of technical inventory in the region.
Besides, Fedoseev said that the group shelters criminals put on the wanted list and officials suspected of the land frauds.
