"An analysis of complaints by enterprises and citizens shows that recently the raider attacks have changed focus," he said.

According to Turchynov, while the last two to three years saw attacks on energy and car-manufacturing enterprises, the number of complaints of attacks on land plots and farming enterprises has risen.

"This means the issue of land distribution, unfortunately, has not been regulated at the legislative level," Turchynov said.
