Kyiv, November 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said that all budget expenses will be financed in 2008, as according to the results of the year, the state budget will garner more revenues than expected.

She was speaking at session with the heads of regional administrations in Kyiv on Thursday.

"Despite of the financial crisis, the state budget will be exceeded in 2008. This will give us an opportunity to finance all expenses," she said.

Tymoshenko called for the regional heads to personally oversee the full provision of social expenditures.

She noted that the State Customs Service of Ukraine has twice exceeded the revenues target over a 10-month period in 2008, and a fall in income was observed only in October.

Tymoshenko also stated that according to the results of the first 10 months of the year, the State Customs Service of Ukraine had exceeded the revenues target to the state budget by 20%.

At the same time, she criticized Donetsk, Luhansk, Volynska regions and Kyiv city for their failure to fulfill the state budget.
