Some 66 villages remain without power in Zhytomyr region, 20 in Odesa region and four in Vinnytsia region, the press secretary for the Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry, Ihor Kril, said.
Power is being restored by the regional power service, coordinated by the ministry's main regional departments.
