Chernovetsky confirmed that he had also appointed Evheniy Chervonenko a first deputy of Kyiv city administration.

At the same time, the mayor said that according to legislation, there should be four first deputy mayors in the Kyiv city administration.

Along with Chervonenko and Kilchytska, the first deputy mayors of Kyiv are Anatoliy Holubchenko for the municipal sector, and Denys Bass for the economy and media sector.
