AeroSvit Airline is preparing to send a next payment to the Sheremetyevo airport as a part of the debt payment schedule proposed earlier, and hopes to resume flights to Moscow from Thursday evening, reads an airline's report issued late on Wednesday.

The report says that now the company canceled all flights on December
12, 2012 and morning and day flights on December 13 to Moscow from Kyiv
and Dnipropetrovsk, as well as return flights to the Ukrainian cities.

AeroSvit said that the airline continues negotiating with the
Sheremetyevo airport’s leadership on the resumption of Kyiv-Moscow-Kyiv
and Dnipropetrovsk-Moscow-Dnipropetrovsk flights, and noted that the
company had settled disputes on using air space in Russia, as well as
its liabilities to airports in St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Rostov on
the Don.

The document also says that the company is using its own procedure
for servicing the passengers of the canceled flights, irrespective of
the airport involved. The procedure foresees the re-registration of air
tickets at the airline’s expense to flights of partner airlines, and
servicing the passengers of canceled and delayed flights. Passengers of
canceled flights can get refunds at the place where they bought their
tickets.

AeroSvit thanked Sheremetyevo airport for its help in servicing
passengers in line with the current agreement and for sending three
passengers to Ukraine at the airport’s expense.

As reported, the Sheremetyevo International Airport from 0000 Moscow
time on December 11, 2012 stopped servicing the flights of AeroSvit due
to the airline’s having debts.

The Russian airport said that the total debt of the Ukrainian airline
to OJSC Sheremetyevo International Airport, TZK Sheremetyevo and
AeroMASH-Aviation Security exceeds 165.5 million rubles.

AeroSvit usually flies to Sheremetyevo International Airport six
times a day, including four flights on the Kyiv-Moscow-Kyiv route and
two flights on the Dnipropetrovsk-Moscow-Dnipropetrovsk route.
