You're reading: Air Onix intends to launch flight from Simferopol to Kyiv’s Boryspil airport

Crimea's Air Onix Airline in July 2012 plans to start performing a regular flight on the Simferopol-Kyiv (Boryspil) route, the airline's press service has reported.

The press service said that at present the company flies from Simferopol to Kyiv (Zhuliany) airport twice a day. With the launch of the new route, the frequency of flights to Kyiv will be increased to three per day.

"With its decision to fly once a day to Boryspil airport, Air Onix points out that now and in the future the airline will be glad to provide its passengers more options for the organization of their trips," reads the report.

As reported, from June 14, 2012 Air Onix started flying on the Simferopol-Lviv route.

A Boeing 737 would be used for the flights. The average price of a one-way ticket, taking into account all fees, will be around UAH 500.

Air Onix airline was founded in 2007 in Simferopol. The airline is based at Simferopol International Airport.
