The inaugural Air Arabia flight to Odessa touched down in Ukraine’s fourth largest city yesterday and was greeted by a delegation of officials from the airport.
Flight G9027 landed on Friday, 12 October 2012 at 13:20 marking the on-going expansion of Air Arabia’s operations into the Ukrainian market, with four cities in the country new served by the airline.
Commenting on Air Arabia’s start of services to Odessa, Adel Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “This flight is especially significant as it marks a new miles tone in Air Arabia’s expansion into Ukraine and the wider CIS region. With touch down in Odessa, Air Arabia now links the UAE and Ukraine with 10 weekly flights serving the cities of Kyiv, Donetsk and Kharkiv, in addition to Odessa.”
