Kyiv-based Antonov state-run enterprise in January-March 2011 cut its net profit by 0.33% year-over-year, to Hr 15.93 million, according to a company report posted at the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

The company said that its gross profits in Q1, 2011 rose by 1.3%, to Hr 112.3 million and net revenue fell by 16.3%, to Hr 337.8 million.

The company’s current liabilities went down by 14.65%, to Hr 1.42 billion and its long-term liabilities fell by 0.44%, to Hr 1.28 billion.

The Antonov state aircraft manufacturing concern, created in 2008, includes the Antonov state-run enterprise, Antonov Serial Plant, 410th Civil Aviation Plant (all in Kyiv), and Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC). Under cabinet resolution of July 1, 2009, Aviant is being reorganized through the joining to Antonov state-run enterprise.

In 2010 Antonov state-run enterprise cut its net profit year-over-year by 74.27%, to Hr 82.18 million. Its net income fell by 1.7%, to Hr 2.25 billion.

The company’s charter capital is Hr 1.948 million.
