 Asters advises PRADA Group, one of the world's leaders in the design, production and distribution of luxury handbags, leather goods, footwear, ready-to-wear apparel, accessories, eyewear and fragrances, in connection with opening and operation of its first mono-brand boutique in Ukraine, located at the elegant Khreshatyk Passage in Kyiv, the top luxury shopping mall of the city.

 The Group owns some of the most prestigious international brands, such as
Prada, Miu Miu, Car Shoe and Church’s, and works in more than 70 countries
through directly operated and franchise stores, as well as a network of
selected high-end multi-brand and luxury department stores.

Asters’ advice included negotiation of the draft lease agreements with
landlords and drafting of various agreements with contractors. Also, the firm
advised PRADA Group on Ukrainian requirements regarding operating compliance
issues and obtaining permitting documents in Ukraine.
