A new Tax Code in Ukraine will create one of the most attractive investment regimes in Europe, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"We will set low taxes, probably the lowest taxes in Europe," he said, while introducing the draft Tax Code in Kyiv on Friday.
He said that the code proposed that tax administration be significantly simplified and ineffective taxes be abandoned.
"But we say clearly that everybody should pay these reduced taxes," Azarov said.
