Bank Rossiya is about to start operations in Crimea and Sevastopol, Minister of Crimean Affairs Oleg Savelyev said.
“The acquisition of space, premises on which the network of offices will be deployed, is on the agenda,” Savelyev told a press conference in Simferopol on Saturday.
